Zefi hotel & Suites management team is committed to completely adopting the Greek Government’s health protocols and regulations against spreading of Covid-19 ( First Health Protocol ) and made all the necessary adjustments for a safe environment based on the current circumstances. Our attention has always been focused on our guests’ health, hence high standards of safety now, is important more than ever, both in terms of accommodation and food management.

Front Office Services
Check in time is at 15:00am & Check out time is at 11:00pm as per WHO protocols
• At Reception Area &Lobby all safety distances are kept. Specific no of persons in all inside public areas ( per 5 sqm 1Guest)
• During check-in/check-out using in person, all necessary precautions are taken
• Disinfection products & equipment available in the Reception area.
• We encourage our guests to request the Concierge Services that they want to receive via email wherever is possible (e.g. Car rental, Transfers, Restaurant Reservations). Please contact us at reception@zefi-hotel.com
• We encourage our guests to set up their bill a day before of their departure, in order to avoid waiting in or out of the reception. In case you want to avoid contact we are able to send direct to your email the invoice of your stay and extras.
• As per Governmental rules, is mandatory to keep all your personal information that is requested on registration form.
• Personal Protection Equipment could be provided by our team upon your check in, if requested

Restaurant and Bar
• Management and cleaning of all foodstuffs will take place following the strict guidelines issued by HACCP and the protocols provided by the Greek Government.
• The KOUZINA restaurant will operate with all necessary measures to reduce the risks from Covid – 19. Upon arrival inform Reception for your menu choices.
• The Pool Bar snack menu is served in an open sitting area all year round.
• Our Restaurant Achinos at Naousa Port offers a wide menu of a la carte choices applying all Health and Safety protocols.
• We offer free of charge room service.
• We have set-up all our seating areas to safety distances based on governmental authorities.
Cleanliness protocols
• We are following the cleaning protocol of First Health to rooms, public areas, back of house and staff areas.
• According to the official health protocols following options in terms of daily cleaning are offered:
• Daily service is not recommended – upon guest’s request only.
• Housekeeping staff exchanges the towels and linen with fresh linen and towels upon guest’s request
• Housekeeping staff is not allowed into the room unless the guests request it. So, please inform us at the reception for your cleaning service preferences.
• Special signs in the entrance of the hotel and in all public areas.
• Disinfection with a steam cleaner in 700 C for back to back arrivals in a room or 24 hours empty room between arrivals.
• Housekeeping service to your room during your stay will be offered upon request only.
• Turn Down service will not be available as suggested by the Greek Government protocols this year
• Use of cleaning and hygiene products approved by the National Healthcare system.
• Use of UV Sterilizer for keys and other small items
• Use of special cleaning materials for rooms and all public areas
• Our linen are washed in 70°C as per FHP requirements.
• Ceiling fan use is suggested instead air conditioning
• All controls of fun or TV or air-conditioning are disinfected and placed in single use covers

Staff Training and Monitoring
• Trained staff based on Greek Government’s and WHO’s Health and Safety protocols.
• We have provided our staff with all recommended protective gear
• We continue to regularly disinfect work surfaces, as well as public and back-office areas.
• We took measures to limit social hubs and keep a safe distance between team members (2 m+).

Transfers
• The new health & safety regulation of Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport only three passengers are allowed per vehicle. Contact us at reception@zefi-hotel.com in order to arrange it
• Natural ventilation of our vehicles

Pool and Jacuzzi’s
• As per protocol (1 person per 5 sqm are allowed to use our swimming pool simultaneously. Total 17 Guests inside
• Distances between umbrellas and sun beds 2m
• Cleaning and disinfecting of loungers and 1 use covers as per hygiene protocols.
• Use of footwear until the swimming pool edge is mandatory.
• Guest are required to used the shower facilities of the pool before entering the pool.
• Cleaning of the pool and Jacuzzi’s with approved chemicals.

Management of suspected cases of Covid-19
• The hotel has an action plan to manage any possible cases among guests or staff.
• In case of any emergency the hotel can help you to contact with a medical center or our collaborated doctor
• Room availability for immediate isolation of possible COVID-19 cases
